If there is ever a 5 star company this is definitely it. Service superior to any I have ever had. The communication skills of these employees is incredible. All appointments were communicated and always 2 to 3 minutes ahead of schedule, reminders sent by text and always a call from the office. Lisa was our sales person and if I texted her a question it was an instant response regardless of the time of day or evening. She is very honest and knowledgeable of the products. Abraham and his helper installed 31 windows in a day and a half, incredible work, the windows and the work site was left spotlessly clean. She was very explanatory and helpful as we picked our new windows. She definitely knows what she’s talking about! Everything happened exactly as she said it would. The turn around time was perfect. We had all of our windows replaced. Vanessa came out measured and discussed options she’s very helpful and knowledgeable. When the install crew came out they were also very professional. We had a window that started having some issues between the planes of glass. It was a combination of that seal leaking and the lamination inside lifting making it gross looking.

Got it replaced today and i am happy to say that once again using a locally owned company did not disappoint. The Window Source of West Texas did a great job, was very efficient in every step and their crew today were not only very professional, but very clean as well. Other than the difference from a spotted window to a fresh clean window 45 minutes later, you'd never know they were here!
